Paradise Grille offering Mother’s Day delights
Moms are invited to escape to paradise this Mother’s Day at Paradise Grille in Del Mar. The eatery has just announced its special Mother’s Day menu to help celebrate Mom. On Sunday, May 13, moms can come and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and ambiance in the island resort setting and sample the tastes of California Pan Asian cuisine.
Executive chef Justin Hoehn has created a special three-course Mother’s Day menu, priced at just $35 a person. Moms will have a choice of three appetizers: white corn puree soup; crab cakes with wasabi aioli, rouille, yuzu aioli and baby arugula; or the Paradise Salad that includes mixed greens, mango, hearts of palm, caramelized Macadamia nuts, jicama and cilantro-lime vinaigrette. The delicious second course includes crab cake benedict with home fries; azores omelet consisting of spinach, Portobello mushroom and brie cheese; Tahitian vanilla-mango French toast; pan-seared salmon with asparagus, basil mashed potatoes and tangerine puree; steak and eggs; or roast jerk chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, baby vegetables and pan jus. The mouth-watering menu concludes with a selection of peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream; flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and raspberry coulis; or Tahitian vanilla crème brulée. As an added bonus Paradise Grille will also be serving $5 mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Guests can also enjoy signature cocktails and more at the hip and cool indoor/outdoor-dining patio, bar and lounge with live entertainment and a glowing beach glass fire pit in the evenings.
